My cultural coaching program will lead you and your team to success with exciting insight and information, and a motivational approach. During the coaching, you will learn everything about relevant intercultural differences between Germany and the United States as well as important conventions of the target country so you can negotiate successfully, avoid mistakes, establish and maintain intercultural relationships and be successful on the target market. The coaching is based on my extensive university research and professional experiences. You will acquire both the theoretical knowledge you need and the practical skills from numerous exciting and concrete examples and exercises.
